Eligibility for Refund

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the following services:

• Shared Web Hosting Plans
• BDIX Web Hosting Plans
• Student Prime Hosting Plans
• WordPress Hosting Plans

Non-Refundable Items

• Domain Registrations/Transfers: Once a domain is registered, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Software Licenses: WHMCS, cPanel, Plesk, and other third-party licenses are non-refundable.
• SSL Certificates: Once issued, SSL certificates are non-refundable.
• Setup Fees: Any custom setup or configuration fees are non-refundable.
• Renewals: Service renewals are not eligible for refunds.

Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
• Your account must not have violated our Terms of Service (e.g., spamming, hacking, or hosting illegal content).
• The refund request must be made through a support ticket from your registered client area.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, it may take 7 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Account). Transaction fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted from the total refund amount.
